Upholstery cleaning price ranges are based on loose versus fixed cushions, specialty fabrics, and overall soil condition.

An example of a $199 sofa is an extremely soiled loose cushion sofa whereas $149 represents a normal level of soiling + fixed seating, and $179 represents a normal level of soiling with loose seating.

Carpet cleaning starts at $69 for a standard room.

Area rug cleaning & tile cleaning ranges are based on overall condition and material type of the rug / tile. Area rug pricing is for off-site cleaning only - on-site cleanings are usually priced at about half the cost of off-site when feasible.

All services are subject to a Minimum Service Charge between $149-$349 depending on the proximity of the job to us in Lakeshore, and the parameters of the job (extremely long hose runs, areas with minimal accessibility).
