Normal loose debris and light pet hair are addressed where necessary as part of preparing the furniture for cleaning. Furniture containing excessive embedded pet hair, food debris or unusual contamination may require additional preparation and can involve an additional charge.

This keeps standard cleaning pricing fair for customers whose furniture does not require extensive debris removal.

Odour & Pet Urine

Odour contamination can sometimes penetrate beyond the surface fabric and into cushioning or internal materials.When that occurs, ordinary upholstery cleaning may not be enough by itself.

We can assess pet-related and other odour concerns and recommend additional treatment where appropriate. Complete odour removal cannot be guaranteed when contamination has travelled into inaccessible internal materials.

How Long Does Upholstery Take to Dry?
