Mister Steamer is committed to not only quality, but we place a strong emphasis on customer relations. Customers are the lifeblood of any business, and without them, we wouldn't survive. In part of treating our customers the best we can, we also believe that our customers deserve the best in general. That is why after a year of research and development within our business, we have chosen to use the absolute best in equipment and cleaning solutions. We only use products from reputable, well-established companies that are dedicated to providing the end-user the best possible cleaning.

All of the cleaning technology we use is state-of-the-art. We have an arsenal of tools that have been proven to be the best in their respective categories. For example, when it comes to general carpet cleaning, we use the very best cleaning solution called Prochem UltraPac Low LVC - which is the single most replicated carpet cleaning pre-treatment in the industry. Virtually every other company has tried to replicate UltraPac, and none have been able to produce a product as efficacious and effective as it. We also use the HydraMaster evolution carpet cleaning wand, which is the only carpet cleaning wand approved by the Carpet Rug Institute. This carpet cleaning wand uses technology called laminar air flow, similar to that used in planes. The laminar airflow of this particular tool enhances water recovery, leaving carpets substantially drier than other cleaning wands.

But it's not just the tools; we stress the importance of following the cleaning guidelines as laid-out by institutions such as the  Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification . 

The cleaning process is not just a set of tools. No, it is the application of the knowledge gained from educational resources, to ensure the best cleaning possible, while ensuring the retention of the integrity of what we clean. Mitigating damage is an essential, and the tools in and of themselves cannot do that. It is necessary that the cleaner recognize and understand what they can do to control the cleaning scenario, providing results that the customer can expect after pre-qualifying the respective job.

Though Mister Steamer uses a Truck-mounted extraction unit, contrary to the lies propagated by cleaners within the industry, truck-mounted units, do not necessarily result in a better clean. Cleaning is a process, not a machine that sits in the truck. The professional cleaner needs to identify the soil type, fiber/ material type, and how to tackle the job according to their findings.

Truck-mounted extraction units do literally only two things:

 1. Pressurize & Heat Water To Rinse The Suspended Soil The Cleaning Solution Creates.

2. Recover Dirty Water Through A Powerful Vacuum.

Beware of companies who advertise their truck-mount as their selling point. Truck-mounts are powerful, and they assist in more efficient cleaning; however, without following the required steps to get a textile or floor cleaned, the truck-mount is useless.
